Meet Our Team
Monica spent nine years as a teacher before becoming a Project Manager at Meta, delivering complex projects in a demanding commercial environment. Alongside her career, she built a personal property portfolio valued at over £7 million, spanning residential lets and full development blocks. As an accredited landlord, she has first-hand experience of property ownership, management and the practical demands faced by landlords and tenants.
Monica
Lucy brings seven years of NHS experience as a Progress Chaser in A&E, supporting doctors and the clinical team to ensure patients were seen efficiently, developing strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Alongside this, she has gained hands-on property experience for 5 years working with landlords and developers on development projects, acquisitions and sales, including sourcing and purchasing properties through auctions and private sales, giving her practical experience across the property lifecycle from acquisition and development through to sale, letting and management.
